One or two coordinators work together to put the yearbook together.  Additionally there could be a Yearbook Club (4th/5th grade with staff advisor) where the students can help out with various tasks.  Coordinators will be responsible for overseeing layout, covering school events, working with the vendor, ordering and distribution.

Book Fair Coordinator - Open Position for 2023/2024 School Year
Attend Scholastic meetings, set up times for book fairs, verify space with administration and coordinate  with PTA events, set up and take down of Book Fairs.

​Grants Coordinator - Open position for 2023/2024 School Year
Search and apply for grants that are beneficial to Capri PTA.

Corporate Match Coordinator - Open position for 2023/2024 School Year
Identify Corporations that match Nonprofit donations given by employees

Membership Coordinator - Open position for 2023/2024 School Year
Handles PTA membership by keeping track of current PTA members and reporting the information to the Treasure for payment to California PTA, chairs one membership drive event for the school year.

Walk-a-Thon Corporate Sponsors Coordinator - Open position for 2023/2024 School Year
Handles sponsor for our Walk-a-Thon and making sure the correct logo is printed on the t-shirts.  Follows up with large corporate sponsors with certificate and Tax letters.
