About Meetings
Agenda for PTA Meetings
PTA meeting format is typically:
- Members and guests are welcome to attend PTA meetings
- Meetings will be at 6:30 PM on the second Wednesday of the month either in person or on Zoom. Notice of location and necessary links to join the meeting will be posted prior to the start of the meeting.
- Anyone who has been a member for 30 days can make motions and vote
- PTA will feature an informative guest speaker at some meetings, e.g. Superintendent discussing parcel tax, Common Core Math Presentation)
- PTA Members are eligible to vote on the 2021/2022 PTA budget, programs, fundraisers and community events
- If a translator is needed, please email the PTA at capripta@yahoo.com 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
- You can join PTA by paying membership fees at $15 per person, $20 for two members in a family

- Approval of Minutes and Agenda
- Review Goals and/or Standing Rules
- Presentation of Budget, Treasurer Report
- Principal's Report: What's New at School?
- Presentation of Programs/Fundraising
- New Business, eg Contract Approvals
- Adjourn
